About the Company

Robert Di Ruscio opened Dynasty Air Systems Ltd. in 2005, with one truck and the determination to own a company that would make a difference in the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry. The business grew quickly, largely in response to Rob’s honesty and his strong work ethic. His technical skills and dedication to meeting the needs of his growing customer base allowed him to start hiring other highly qualified, licensed and like-minded technicians, and the company grew quickly from there.

At Dynasty Air Systems, we believe that our biggest asset is our dedicated staff. Our service personnel are always striving for growth, looking to perfect every aspect of their work, and they are constantly learning about the newest developments in the industry. All of our technicians have been with the company for several years, most having completed their training here at Dynasty. As a cornerstone of this training, and throughout their time with our company, all of our technicians are taught the importance of maintaining our strong company values. These core values of providing quality service, and demonstrating honesty, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, are evident in our service and form the foundation of all of our work.

Inspired by his parents, Robert was destined for entrepreneurship, always knowing that he would open his own business one day. Leading by example, his mother taught him early on the value of hard work, determination and honesty, and what it meant to be a true leader. Following in his father’s footsteps, Robert pursued a five-year diploma with George Brown College, completed his apprenticeship, and earned a Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Mechanic License and a Gas Fitter 1 certification, for himself. After five years of working in the HVAC industry, Robert opened Dynasty Air Systems with the ambition to form a company that would make a difference – not only for his customers, but for his staff as well. When asked his favorite part of the job, Rob says that it is having the ability to mentor the people who he works with, especially developing young talent and watching his entire staff grow both professionally and personally.
